I can hardly believe it myself, but it’s been six
weeks since I smoked my last cigarette! My local GP surgery runs a smoking
cessation program where you see a community nurse every two weeks, and they
issue a prescription for nicotine patches (which, considering the exorbitant
price of these products is a serious motivation for turning up!)
Anyway, enough back-slapping and on with work…
